Important Update - We’re planning system maintenance on Tuesday 28 April 2026, from: 10.00pm until 12.30am, 29 April 2026. (AEST).

WHAT'S AFFECTED? 

Access to the Card transactions, EFTPOS and ATMs will be unavailable. SmartPay App and Online Banking may be limited or unavailable during the maintenance period, including payments and transfers.

Members are encouraged to complete any transfers prior to 10.00 pm.

Scheduled payments from Northern Inland accounts, as well as payments made to Northern Inland accounts from other financial institutions, will be processed after the maintenance window and may be delayed. Incoming NPP payments may also be delayed in posting to member accounts; however, these will automatically post once the maintenance has concluded, if not sooner.

WHAT SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE? 

The NICU website will not be impacted, nor will non-NICU cards used at NICU ATMs or calls to our 1300 number.
