What’s Affected?

Access to the SmartPay App and Online Banking may be limited or unavailable during the maintenance period, including payments and transfers. Members are encouraged to complete any transfers prior to 9.00 pm. Scheduled payments from Northern Inland accounts, as well as payments made to Northern Inland accounts from other financial institutions, will be processed after the maintenance window and may be delayed. Incoming NPP/Osko payments may also be delayed in posting to member accounts; however, these will automatically post once the maintenance has concluded, if not sooner.

What services will remain available?

Our website, cards, ATMs and calls to our lost and stolen after hours phone line will not be impacted.
