Apple release an early build of the next iOS version, for app developers and the general public to sign up for testing on an everyday basis. This is an opt in program and won't be available by default. In most cases Apps on iOS don't always support the next version immediately and can encounter unexpected issues. The early release provides time for App Developers to start testing to ensure their App is able to work with the upcoming release. Further information can be found here: https://beta.apple.com/faq
