What is the purpose of the Member Satisfaction & Community Engagement Survey?

We are continually looking at ways to understand what is working for our Members and what needs to be improved. To do this, we are offering our Members the opportunity to provide feedback through our Member Survey in 2025.

Who can complete this survey?

The Member Survey and draw is only open to Members 18 years and over who have been invited via email, SMS or via our branch or Contact Centre to complete and submit the survey.

What will happen with my feedback?

All feedback is taken seriously and it will be used to improve our processes and interactions with Members.
Depending on how you rate your level of satisfaction with Northern Inland Credit Union, you may be contacted by one of our team members to provide more information or to rectify an outstanding issue. Your feedback will also be used for training and coaching purposes with our team members.

Is my feedback anonymous?

Your privacy is important to us. Whilst you may choose to enter your Member number to complete the survey to go into the DRAW for $1000, your information will only be accessed by Northern Inland Credit Union staff managing the survey responses.

Please note that if you enter your details, NICU collects and uses the information provided in this survey to improve our Member service. If you choose not to provide your details, you will not be entered into the $1000 prize draw. Our Privacy Policy, available at www.nicu.com.au/privacy, contains information on accessing and seeking correction of your personal information and making complaints about breaches of Australian Privacy Principles and how NICU deals with the complaint.

Will my response be shared?

Your feedback will not be shared with third parties. It will only be shared with the Northern Inland Credit Union team who are managing this survey for the purpose of improving our service, training and coaching.
