What is the purpose of the Member Survey?

We're continually looking at ways to understand what is working for our Members and what needs to be improved. To do this, we are offering our Members the opportunity to provide feedback through our Member Survey in May 2018.

Who can complete this survey?

The Member Survey and draw is only open to Members 18years and over who have been invited via email or SMS to complete and submit the survey.

What will happen with my feedback?

All feedback is taken seriously and it will be used to improve our processes and interactions with Members.
Depending on how you rate your level of satisfaction with Northern Inland Credit Union, you may be contacted by one of our team members to provide more information or to rectify an outstanding issue. Your feedback will also be used for training and coaching purposes with our team members.

Is my feedback anonymous?

Your privacy is important to us. Whilst you may choose to enter your Member number to complete the survey to go into the DRAW for $1000 (NSW Permit No. LTPS/18/23987), your information will only be accessed by Northern Inland Credit Union staff managing the survey responses.

Will my response be shared?

Your feedback will not be shared with third parties. It will only be shared with Northern Inland Credit Union staff who are managing this survey for the purpose of improving our service, training and coaching.
