Using your 9 digit External Account Number to receive funds

Due to the Australia-wide new payments system, your Member Number can no longer be accepted when receiving money into your account electronically.  Instead, you need to quote the nine digit External Account Number for your relevant account.

You can find this number in the Account Summary section at the top of your statement, or in Online Banking under the ‘Help’ or ‘Accounts’ menu.

Please ensure you update your periodical payments and direct debits coming into your NICU account from other financial institutions and third parties with your external account numbers instead of the Member number.  This will help us make sure your payments reach your account promptly.
