COVID-19 and NICU Safety

Please be advised that we are asking you not to attend at a branch if:

  • You are unwell, or
  • You are awaiting COVID-19 test results, or
  • You or anyone in your home is self-isolating, or
  • You have returned from any international destination in the last 14 days.

Instead, please telephone us on 6763 5111 for all assistance, or send us a secure message via Online Banking.

Northern Inland Credit Union takes the well-being of its Members and staff very seriously.
We appreciate your assistance with our new measures to help keep us all well.

In addition to our usual safety practices, we are:

  • Increasing cleaning protocols
  • Providing hand sanitiser for use by Members and our staff at all of our sites
  • Testing remote access and working at home arrangements for our staff
  • Ensuring our key suppliers and providers are able to continue their assistance to us in the event they experience illness amongst their staff.

To assist us, please ensure you:

  • Have provided us with all your up to date contact details. This will allow us to keep you informed of any changes in our delivery of products and services
  • Have nominated a NICU Password. This is a password you nominate, to help us verify your identity if we are assisting you over the phone
  • Have a working NICU debit or credit card; make sure you know your PIN or you have access to the App so that you can reset your PIN
  • Have access to Online Banking or other method of paying your accounts in the event you need to self-isolate at home.
