Just some of the smarter ways you can manage your money with Northern Inland.



  • For free transactions remember to select 'CREDIT' when using your Visa Debit card for EFTPOS transactions (if you need cash, select 'SAVINGS')
  • Download our smartPAY app or use mobile banking to check your account balance and transfer funds when on the go
  • Download the free rediATM locator app for your iPhone or android phone
  • Set up an SMS or email alert via online banking or in the branch, to let you know when your pay has been received in your account
  • Change your PIN on your card using Online Banking or in any of our branches if you can't remember it

Account tips

  • Set up an automatic payroll split between 'S' accounts to help you budget and save and update them when your circumstances change
  • Check your accounts regularly and notify us immediately of any unfamiliar transactions
  • Northern Inland accounts are identified internally by their internal account number, eg.12345S1. The external account number is the number used by other financial institutions to process payments to/from your account. Each account you have with Northern Inland has its own discrete external account number which you can find via Online Banking under Member Services/BSB Information, on your statements, by contacting us or by asking in branch.
