Q: What is the Northern Inland B-S-B number?
A: The Northern Inland B-S-B (Bank, State, Branch) number to quote for direct credits and direct debits is 802-298. Do not use the number noted on the bottom of your cheques.
Loan Applications
Q: Do I need to be a Northern Inland Member to apply for a loan?
A: You do not need to be a Member at the time you actually apply for a loan, but you must become a Member prior to the funding of the loan.
Internet Banking
Q: What is NetTeller?
A: NetTeller is Northern Inland's Internet Banking Service. Members can check balances, transfer funds and much more.
Q: Can I change my personal details, such as my address or email address from NetTeller?
A : Yes. We have a special area in NetTeller that allows you to contact us and identifies you automatically. Just go to the "Member" area once you have logged into NetTeller and select the "Contact Credit Union" option. Enter your request into the form and 'Submit' it and we will do the rest.
BPAY® Bill Payment Service
Q: How do I establish the BPAY service through NetTeller?
A: If you did not opt for BPAY access when you initially registered for NetTeller, telephone our Call Centre on 1300 65 65 81 and they will assist you.
Q:How do I establish the BPAY service through PhoneTeller?
A: If you do not have access to BPAY by phone you need to call into any branch to register or, telephone our Call Centre on 1300 65 65 81. If you are already a user of our PhoneTeller service you can register for BPAY by selecting Option 6 from the PhoneTeller main menu. Once you have been registered for BPAY, call PhoneTeller on 1300 65 6428, select the BPAY option and follow the prompts to pay your bills.
Q: Can I pay all my bills via BPAY?
A: No. Not all organisations are affiliated with the BPAY network as yet. Look out for the BPAY symbol on your bills. If you are unsure, contact the organisation from whom the bill was issued. You can also check at the BPAY® Web Site.
Q: Where do I find a BPAY Biller Code?
A: The Biller Code is located on the bill near the BPAY symbol. You can also search for a Biller Code at the BPAY® Web Site.
Q: Do BPAY payments count towards my daily cash withdrawals?
A: No. BPAY transactions do not affect your daily withdrawal limits.
Q: How do future dated BPAY payments work?
A: Future dated BPAY payments will be processed between 6am and midday on the specified date. If there are insufficient funds in your account the bill will not be paid and you will be charged the declined transaction fee.
Q: Can I cancel a future dated payment?
A: Yes. Fill out the appropriate form available at your branch.

Membership
Q: How do I join NICU?
A: Obtain a new Membership pack from any branch and complete it. You need to provide sufficient identification documentation. See
Account Opening Information. A Membership share costs $10 and is redeemed when you close your Membership. See the FSG for more information - it is included in the Membership pack.
Q: Who can join Northern Inland?
A: Anyone who resides in Australia.
Limits
Q:What is the daily limit for EFTPOS and ATM withdrawals?
A: The combined daily limit is $2,000. This limit applies to each Redicard linked to a Membership. This limit may be different at ATMs belonging to other financial institutions. See PFS Redicard.
