Honeymoon rate is fixed for 12-36 months then reverts to standard variable rate. Extra repayments limited to $10,000 (2 x $5,000) during the fixed period. During the standard variable rate period redraw minimum is $500. We will pay one only of each of the following fees: establishment fee, valuation fee, title search fee, settlement fee and LPMA registration fee. Additional costs are charged at cost to the borrower.
