As part of its Business Continuity Planning, Northern Inland has strategies for dealing with a pandemic. These plans allow us to minimise inconvenience to Members and provide a continuity of service.
All of our North West branches have been set up to facilitate the relocation of staff between sites, and we have spent considerable time cross-training staff in a variety of roles and functions.
In the event a crisis occurred in the local community (such as an outbreak of Influenza H1N1, or a flood) Northern Inland Members can be assured of continued access to their savings, and the availability of staff to take their instructions.
Are you concerned about managing your finances if you were unable to attend at a Northern Inland branch? We offer a range of services to help you access your funds and make bill payments without leaving home.
RediCard Plus, your debit card with Northern Inland, can be used in ATMs across Australia and the world – not just at Northern Inland or other credit union ATMs. Use your Redicard Plus to obtain cash and account balances. Northern Inland’s arrangements with the rediATM network means you have a cost effective way of making withdrawals anywhere in Australia, as though the rediATM belonged to Northern Inland. For more information see our Product Fact Sheet for fees & charges and the Member Loyalty Program.
NetTeller is Northern Inland’s Internet banking service. With NetTeller you can perform the majority of tasks that can be done at a branch such as viewing account balances, transferring funds both internally and externally, and making BPAY bill payments. To register click on the SIGNUP button located below the login for Internet Banking.
PhoneTeller is Northern Inland’s telephone banking services. Use it to listen to account balances, transfer funds between Northern Inland accounts and pay bills via BPAY. To register contact Northern Inland on 1300 65 65 81.
BPAY provides you with the convenience of making bill payments by telephone, over the internet or at a branch. You can set up a BPAY payment well in advance of the bill’s due date. For more information, ask about BPAY when registering for NetTeller and PhoneTeller.
Periodical payments are an automated way of making regular transfers between accounts. Do you need to deposit funds on a regular basis to other accounts – for a child studying at university, a rent payment or just to save a little extra for Christmas? We can help you set up a periodical payment to be made automatically when your pay is credited to your account, or from existing savings.
Your Northern Inland password is a code you choose to be recorded against your Membership, so we have a shorthand way of verifying your identity when you are unable to attend at a branch. This can be very helpful when you need to give us urgent instructions but are interstate, or overseas, or simply in a place where you don’t have access to a facsimile machine. You can set up and change your Northern Inland password at any time. Contact us on 1300 65 65 81 for more information.
Contacting us is easy. Click here for a list of our branch locations, telephone numbers and email addresses.
