How to switch

We all know what a hassle it can be trying to transfer all of your direct debits, direct credits and regular payments from one financial institution to another. So we've made it easy for you with these simple instructions.

You can switch your banking in four simple steps:

Step 1. Become a member

If you're not already a member you will need to become one. Find out how to become a member here.

Step 2. Identify your regular payments

One of the easiest ways to do this is to review your past statements and internet banking history. 

Step 3. We will help you transfer your payments

Just provide us with a list of your regular payments and we will help you complete the necessary documents to request transfer of each regular payment, and switch your banking arrangements for you. Alternatively you can complete the following letters and send them directly to your current Financial Institution yourself, to switch your debits and credits to Northern Inland.

Step 4. Close your old account

Once we have transferred all of your banking arrangements, you just need to close your old account - that's it!
