A fixed rate Smart Home Loan offers a competitive rate with smart loan features designed to give you peace of mind in knowing what your month-to-month repayments will be, and you have no ongoing fees. Choose to fix your rate for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. After the fixed rate period, the interest rate reverts to the standard variable rate.
You can make extra repayments of $10,000 per annum (2 x $5,000 payments). You also receive a free redraw facility, to access a minimum $500 from your loan repayments in advance. Access redraw funds by transferring from your loan account, to your primary savings account within the same Membership.
